In 2025—a year marked by ongoing uncertainty in the global economy as well as geopolitical and macroeconomic volatility—Ülker Bisküvi delivered a strong and sustainable financial performance aligned with its strategic objectives. With a portfolio that rapidly adapts to evolving consumer needs and expectations, the Company strengthened its position in the domestic market while further enhancing its global standing through international operations, continuing its contribution to Türkiye’s stable economic growth.
Throughout the year, Ülker Bisküvi not only reinforced its sector leadership but also deepened its trust-based relationship with consumers. Guided by its “Zero‑Waste Company” culture, the Company made steady progress toward its 2050 net‑zero target and expanded efficiency‑focused initiatives across all operations to reduce energy and water consumption and minimize waste. Marking more than 80 years of industry experience, 2025 became a significant milestone in Ülker’s sustainable growth journey.
During this period, Ülker Bisküvi focused not only on its financial results but also on the value it generates for society, its supply chain and its business partners. The Company shaped its strategic priorities around corporate resilience, innovation, customer satisfaction, digitalization, production excellence, sustainability and effective growth in international markets. Increasing R&D investments and accelerating digitalization, sustainability and productivity projects became core priorities for 2026 and beyond, with the aim of strengthening competitiveness at the global level.
At a time when sustainability, efficiency and traceability in agriculture continue to gain prominence, Ülker Bisküvi reaffirmed food safety as a strategic focus area. By supporting the adoption of modern agricultural practices to secure continuous access to high‑quality raw materials—particularly hazelnuts, wheat and cocoa—the Company continued to strengthen the agricultural value chain through collaborative projects with stakeholders.
