Ülker Bisküvi operates manufacturing facilities in Turkey located in Istanbul (Topkapı), Gebze, Kocaeli, Giresun, Ankara, and Karaman. Additionally, it has production plants in Egypt under Hi-Food, in Saudi Arabia with FMC and IBC, and in Kazakhstan with pladis Kazakhstan.
